Vehicles
All of the vehicles that we use have seatbelts available and are comfortable with air conditioning. We use a 4×4, minivan, minibus and bus depending on the size of the group. We only use professional drivers.
Our Guides
All our guides are professional licensed guides and speak different languages. Your guide will stay with you for the duration of your trip. On our Imperial City trips, for day tours in Fes and other cities we use local licensed guides to take advantage of their knowledge.
Accommodation
We personally visit all the accommodation that we use on our tours before taking guests. We work with your plans to choose accommodation types perfect for your trip, from rustic local accommodation, to more luxury accommodation. When your tour itinerary is confirmed, we will send you information about all of the accommodation. If you’d like to change any accommodation, we will send you further options to choose from.
Food
Food in Morocco is delicious and amongst the best in the world. Moroccan food is traditionally prepared to order, with fresh ingredients, making it safe to eat. We will make sure that hand washing facilities are available to you before all meals. Although Moroccan tap water is usually chlorinated and safe to drink in almost all places in Morocco, tourists generally prefer to stick to bottled water and we will make sure that this is available to you at all times. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you make your enquiry so that we can ensure these are met during your trip with us.
