Terms & Conditions

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your group booking.

1.2. The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your arrival in Morocco.

1.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in automatically cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

2.1. Cancellations by You
• If you cancel your booking 60 days or more before the scheduled departure, the 20% deposit will be retained as credit, which may be applied toward a future trip.
• If you cancel 59 days or less before departure, the 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.1.1. No refunds will be issued for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
2.1.2. Any changes or rebooking requests after cancellation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
 
Deposit Credit Policy:
• Deposit credits have no expiry date.
• They may be applied to any available trip offered by Itran Travel Ltd.
• Deposit credits are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
 
2.2. Cancellations by Us
While we make every effort to operate all trips as planned, we reserve the right to cancel a trip in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Civil unrest or political instability
• Health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)
• Travel restrictions imposed by governments
• Force majeure events (see Section 6)
2.2.1. In the event we cancel your trip, you will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• A credit towards a future booking, or
• A rescheduled trip, where available and agreeable.
2.2.2. We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur due to cancellation (such as flights, insurance, or visas). Therefore, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

3.1. Itran Travel Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by those suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that all group members have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for travel.

4.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other potential losses.

4.2. Itran Travel Ltd is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses not covered by your insurance.

5.1. You are responsible for the conduct and behavior of all group participants.

5.2. Any damages, fines, or additional charges caused by group behavior must be settled directly with the relevant service provider.

6.1. We are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any part of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
 
• Natural disasters
• Acts of God
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Political unrest or government restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes

6.2 In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or modify the booking, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Unless specified in your trip itinerary, the following are not included in the land price:

• International or internal flights
• Meals not listed in the itinerary
• Visa and passport fees
• Travel insurance
• Optional excursions and activities
• All personal expenses

You are responsible for ensuring your health and fitness are appropriate for the travel activities booked. Any medical conditions should be disclosed to us in advance. You must comply with any health and safety measures set out by Itran Travel Ltd or our local suppliers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process will be used only for the purposes of delivering your travel services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver your travel arrangements. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10.1. Once an itinerary has been confirmed and payment received, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver the trip as planned. However, Itran Travel Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or activities in necessary or exceptional circumstances.
 
10.2. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
 
• Unavailability or overbooking of scheduled accommodation
• Safety concerns
• Adverse weather conditions
• Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
• Fire or other structural issues at a property
• Civil unrest or protests
• Actual or threatened terrorist activity
• Transport strikes or delays
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Supplier insolvency
 
10.3. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternative arrangements. For example, if accommodation becomes unavailable, an alternative of similar standard in the same general location may be offered.
 
10.4. No liability will be accepted and no compensation paid where performance of our contractual obligations, or those of third-party suppliers, is affected by events which neither we nor the supplier could foresee or avoid despite all due care.
By booking a trip with Itran Travel Ltd, you acknowledge that travel may involve inherent risks beyond everyday life, including but not limited to:
 
• Unexpected weather conditions
• Natural terrain hazards
• Transport delays or cancellations
• Political or civil unrest
• Health and hygiene standards differing from those in the UK
• Exposure to illness or injury during activities or excursions
 
11.1. You voluntarily accept all such risks associated with your travel. It is your responsibility to ensure the trip is appropriate for your personal circumstances, health, and fitness.
 
11.2. You agree to comply with all health, safety, and conduct guidelines provided by Itran Travel Ltd, its representatives, or third-party suppliers.
 
11.3. By participating, you release Itran Travel Ltd, its employees, agents, and contractors from liability for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from risks inherent in travel, except where caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
