Itinerary

This itinerary gives you a flavor of the trip, however all our trips are custom designed, so once you get in touch with us, we can make any additions or adjustments based on your dream itinerary!

We will pick you up from the airport after your flight lands to Casablanca. We will visit the Hassan II Mosque, the landmark of Casablanca which is the only mosque open for non-Muslims. Built by King Hassan II between 1987-1993, over 25 thousand worshipers can pray inside and 80 thousand worshipers outside in the big square of the mosque.

Overnight in Casablanca, breakfast and dinner included.

After breakfast in your riad we will head toward Asilah, a charming coastal town known for its vibrant murals and relaxed atmosphere. You will have free time today to explore Asilah – whether you’d like to go to the beach, wander the sleepy medina, seek out a fresh fish lunch or simply relax!

Overnight in Asilah, breakfast and dinner included.

Today our drive to Tangier is a panoramic route along Morocco’s North West coastline. You will stop first at the Caves of Hercules, lying just 14 kilometres outside of Tangier. This cave system is known for its geological characteristics and its mythological importance. In the depths of the cave, there is a crack in the rock that resembles the outline of Africa.

Next we will head to Cap Spartel. Located in the Cape Spartel nature reserve, a beautiful natural site in northern Morocco overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar, it is the most north western point of Africa. The Battle of Cape Spartel took place here, one of the first confrontations at the start of the Spanish Civil War, in September 1936.

This panoramic lookout point provides beautiful views of the deep blue sea where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean and of the green and rugged coastline. Arrive to Tangier in the afternoon, where you will have an afternoon walking tour of this historical medina with a local tour guide.

Overnight in Tangier, breakfast and dinner included.

After breakfast this morning we will head through the stunning Rif mountains to the ‘Blue Pearl’ of Chefchaouen. Uniquely located in a natural reserve high in the Rif Mountains, this blue and white painted village is a haven of peace and serenity.

We will spend today exploring this mountain village in the heart of the Rif, known for its Moorish architecture and blue and white painted homes. You will have a wonderful local guide.

We will visit the medina to enjoy its cultural and historical heritage, wander the streets, see the picturesque Uta el Hammam square, the Rass el Maa Waterfall and, of course, the colorful shops filled with local crafts.

We can also walk to the Spanish Mosque that offers a very good view of the town and perhaps drink traditional mint tea at a cafe terrace while relaxing and watching people come and go.

Overnight in Chefchaouen, breakfast and dinner included.

After breakfast this morning we will head down through the Rif to discover Volubilis. The archeological roman site includes remains of astonishing mosaics, hundreds of Latin inscriptions and artistic materials.

We will then continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities. Known as the Ismaili capital of Morocco, you will see the famous gate Bab Mansour, the Sahrij Souani Bassin, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.

Overnight in Meknes, breakfast and dinner included.

After breakfast in your riad we will head to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. In Rabat we will visit the historical sites including the Chellah where you will see a breathtaking combination of Roman and Merinid remains.

In the afternoon we can visit the Kasbah des Oudayas, a UNESCO heritage site and haven of tranquility, with its flower-filled little streets, Andalusian garden, and Moorish café. The Kasbah has been home to many Andalusian immigrants, Arab tribes, and some of the most powerful sultans of Morocco.

You’ll have free time to stroll around the kasbah, see the rugged Atlantic coastline or visit Rabat’s sleepy medina.

Overnight in Rabat, breakfast and dinner included.

Today we will head inland towards Marrakech. Founded in the 11th century and renowned for its treasure trove of mosques, palaces, and museums, Marrakesh is the most visited of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities. At its heart is the medina, the original walled settlement around which the rest of the city was built. A maze of narrow streets and magical souks, its cobblestone streets are traversed by pedestrians and donkey carts instead of cars, and have changed very little in the hundreds of years since they were first laid out. Feel like you have stepped back in time!

After lunch, you will enjoy a walking tour of some of Marrakech medina’s historical and cultural sites with a guide, including the Koutoubia Minaret, the beautiful Palace of Bahia and the Ben Youssef Quranic School.

This evening there are options: wander around the souks for a shopping experience like no other, relax on your riad’s terrace, or go for a traditional Moroccan hammam.

Overnight in Marrakech, breakfast and dinner included.

A day of relaxation in Marrakech after a busy few days!

Today there are options including adding an optional: a pool pass to an outdoor swimming pool, taking part in a cooking class or traditional art activity, shopping in the souks or simply relaxing at a local spa.

Overnight in Marrakech, breakfast and dinner included.

Step far beyond the tourist trail and into the heart of Amazigh (Berber) life with this unforgettable day in the High Atlas Mountains. Just 65km from Marrakech, yet a world away, this immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to connect with a remote village community that few visitors ever see.

Accompanied by a local guide—an inspiring young woman who was the first in her village to finish high school—you’ll journey by 4×4 through stunning mountain landscapes to her family home, where you’ll be welcomed with traditional tea and warm hospitality.

From there, venture deeper into the Azzaden Valley, near majestic Mount Toubkal, and settle into a peaceful mountain lodge. Take part in a hands-on cooking class with village women, learning how to prepare authentic Moroccan tagine and salad. After lunch, explore the village on foot, visit local fields and rivers, and learn to make tannourt, traditional Amazigh bread, in the home of a local woman.

This is more than just a day trip—it’s a meaningful cultural exchange. Every part of the experience is rooted in and run by the community: from your guide and driver to the cooks and host families. By joining, you’re directly supporting education, women’s empowerment, and sustainable rural tourism in the Atlas Mountains.

Today you will return to Casablanca where we will drop you off at the airport for your flight, where your adventure with us ends!
